Check-in and Check out

Thank you for choosing Southern Charm of Holden Beach for your vacation destination!  We hope you create life-long memories at our beautiful oceanfront mansion.  

The keyless entry code to enter the home will be texted prior to our arrival. If you have not received your code, please contact us immediately so we can send it to you. The home has been cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.  If you feel anything is not to your satisfaction, please notify us immediately so we can address this promptly.   If you arrive early, we recommend visiting one of the local restaurants, lounge by the pool or take a walk on our boardwalk to the beach.   

Our cleaning staff and pool and maintenance teams may be at the property prior to your arrival and we kindly ask they are not disturbed so they may properly clean and prepare the home for your 4:00pm arrival. 

Please do a walk-through inspection of the property upon arrival and contact us immediately if you see something that needs attention or you have any questions so that we may address the matter quickly.

Check out is anytime BEFORE 10AM  

Before departing, please make sure you complete the following:
 

• Properly dispose of all food from the refrigerator and freezer.
• Place dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle.
• Leave the LINENS, sheets, comforters, and shams on the beds; our team will take care of it for you.
• Leave BATH MATS and towels in the bathrooms. 
• INDOOR & OUTDOOR FURNITURE should be returned to original location 
• BEACH TOYS and RENTAL ITEMS should be left in the area where they were delivered.
• Place all interior and exterior trash in the large outdoor bins and  wheel them to the street the night before pick up. 
• Holden Beach: trash pickup all year is on Tuesdays and in SUMMER pick up is Tuesday and Saturdays
        May 22, 2021 - September 25, 2021. 

Please do a thorough look through of the property prior to departure.  While we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we do make every effort to locate and return them to you. Contact us as soon as you realize you have left something behind and we will make every effort to retrieve the lost item.   A $50+ handling fee will be added to the cost of the shipping/freight charges. Fee must be made prior to shipping. Unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after thirty days.

To avoid any addititonal fees, please make sure you have completed all of the above and check out in a timely manner.
