Tina July 2024. Second time staying with Fran and still the best place I’ve been @ Holden Beach. She is an amazing host and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, the location is right on the ocean and the beach is always empty so you can enjoy it without the crowd (Even on July 4th week)! Will definitely be back again soon.

Perfect beach house for large groups
Our extended family of 20 (17 adults and 3kids) were very comfortable in this house. There are so many rooms with king beds that every couple had one! This is rare and much appreciated. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back! We were here for Thanksgiving and we would enjoy it even more when the warm weather returns.

Southern Charm comfortably sleeps 50 people. Southern Charm has 16 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms making it very spacious for all your guests.
You can make a reservation by contacting us through our website, email, or phone number. You can also text us at 910-945-2451.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 weeks following your reservation confirmation. We recommend to our guests to get travel insurance in the event you cancel your reservation as our reservations are non-refundable.
Southern Charm can accommodate up to 25 cars.
Our weekend rates vary depending on the time of year. Our peak season is summer with the highest rates. We offer excellent off season rates for events, weddings and reunions. Our off-season rates start at $1600/night.
We love all pets, unfortunately pets are not allowed at this venue. There is a fee of $250 for service animals.
We offer excellent vendors to provide catering services. Our list is shown under Vendors found at the top left of this website.
